🔔 How to Use Your Present Moment Bell

In mindfulness practice, bells are used to bring attention back to the present moment. When you hear the bell, you pause everything and notice: Where is my mind right now? What am I feeling? What do I notice around me?

Steps:

  1. Ring the bell whenever you feel stressed or distracted
  2. Listen to the sound completely (even after it fades)
  3. Take 3 mindful breaths
  4. Answer the reflection prompts
  5. Return to your day feeling more present and calm
