In mindfulness practice, bells are used to bring attention back to the present moment. When you hear the bell, you pause everything and notice: Where is my mind right now? What am I feeling? What do I notice around me?

When anxiety is building, ring the bell to interrupt the spiral and bring yourself back to the present moment.
If your thoughts are spinning out of control, the bell helps you pause and regain perspective.
