Butterfly Belly Breathing

Watch the butterfly grow and shrink as you breathe!

🦋 How to Do Butterfly Breathing

This special breathing exercise helps calm your body and mind. The butterfly will guide you! Here's how:

  1. Put one hand on your chest and one on your belly
  2. When you breathe IN, imagine your belly is a balloon filling with air (the butterfly grows!)
  3. When you breathe OUT, let all the air go slowly (the butterfly shrinks!)
  4. Keep your chest still - let your BELLY do the breathing
  5. Follow the butterfly and the numbers on screen

💡 This is called "belly breathing" or "diaphragmatic breathing" - it's the most calming way to breathe!
