Feeling overwhelmed, panicked, or in crisis - need immediate help

As you discover new strategies that work, add them to your plan. Remove ones that do not help you.
Give a copy to parents, counselors, or close friends so they know how to help you when you are anxious.
Try your strategies when you are NOT anxious so they are automatic when you ARE anxious!
